Thai Rainbow Bowl

Here is my delicious Thai Rainbow Bowl! I love this meal and made a few variations of this to use up all the sauce.
The recipe is adapted from http://rawmanda.com/rainbow-noodles-thai-peanut-sauce/ !
Thai Peanut Sauce
1/4 cup water
1 lime (juice)
3 tbs natural peanut butter
1 tbs honey
1 tbs rice vinegar
minced garlic (I used a lot but depending on how garlicy you want it)
minced ginger (I also used a lot here, but depending on how gingery you want it)
1 tsp red chili flakes (or less if you don't want it very spicy)
The Bowl
Really whatever noodles and veggies you want, but here's what I used!
Zucchini Noodles/Spiralized Zucchinis
Wakami and Brown Rice Noodles
Edamame
Purple Cabbage
Carrots
Green Onions
Avocado
Instructions
Mix the sauce up and then pour on top of your bowl!

Here I added
Sesame Seeds
Peanuts
Sriracha
Tofu

This one I made completely raw by not even slightly cooking the zucchini noodles and I didn't add the wakami noodles.
